Solicitamos un abono del 30% para confirmar reservas y el saldo restante debe ser pagado 30 d\u00edas antes de la llegada a Ohana.<\/p><p><strong>POL\u00cdTICAS DE MODIFICACI\u00d3N Y CANCELACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p><p>Las siguientes multas se aplicar\u00e1n dependiendo del momento del aviso de modificaci\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n de la reserva:<\/p><ul><li><strong>60 a 30 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> del d\u00eda de llegada a Ohana: <strong>USD 150 por habitaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>29 a 10 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> del d\u00eda de llegada a Ohana: <strong>30% del total de la reserva.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>9 a 0 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> del d\u00eda de llegada a Ohana: <strong>100% del total de la reserva.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><p><strong>CONDICIONES ESPECIALES PARA HOLIDAYS<\/strong><\/p><p>Al realizar una reserva para los per\u00edodos del a\u00f1o definidos como Holidays, se solicitar\u00e1 <strong>el monto total de la reserva para confirmarla<\/strong> y deber\u00e1 pagarse dentro del plazo otorgado por nuestros agentes de reservas.<\/p><p>Para esas fechas, las multas por cambio o cancelaci\u00f3n son las siguientes:<\/p><ul><li><strong>M\u00e1s de 90 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> del d\u00eda llegada: <strong>USD 150 por habitaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>90 a 61 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> del d\u00eda de llegada: <strong>30% del total de la reserva.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>60 a 0 d\u00edas antes<\/strong> del d\u00eda de llegada: <strong>100% del total de la reserva.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>Los per\u00edodos del a\u00f1o definidos como Holidays, en los que se aplican estas condiciones son del <strong>22 de diciembre al 15 de febrero.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e0b1ee7 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"e0b1ee7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38bd725 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38bd725\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>GRUPOS<\/h3><p>Al igual que las reservas de personas, las reservas grupales son pre-pagadas.
