Highly recommended as the facilities were quite new and staff were helpful. ☺Staff were super nice and helpful throughout the stay. ☹Wifi wasn’t great.

We seriously recommend them to everyone! They are awesome! ☺We liked everything! Super clean, comfortable and spacious room! Good water pressure in the shower, great breakfast, comfortable bed and premium amenities. The best part is the staff though. They were always smiling and went out of their way to please us and make sure we had the best experience. Special thanks to Ingrid, Bruno, Felipe and Ringo, perfect service from beginning to end! We rented the car with the hotel and it was there for us when we arrived, super easy and convenient! They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off with no charge. And we also hired a guide through them and we recommend each and every one of their services!

Absolutamente recomendable, increíble experiencia ☺ Un boutique moderno, muy acogedor y bonito. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno riquísimo! Todo el staff es 10 estrellas! Hacen todo lo posible (y imposible) para mejorar tu tiempo en la isla y de verdad su dedicación cambia toda la experiencia! No me quedan palabras en como recomendar mas hotel Ohana! Un agradecimiento a todos por la increíble experiencia y en especial a Ingrid por su excelente servicio y sus comidas exquisitas! Definitivamente volvería a quedar aquí si regreso a Rapa Nui! ☹ Todo es perfecto

The hotel is beautiful but the staff makes the experience perfect! ☺The hotel is very close to the airport (5/7) minutes by car, and even so, once you check in you find yourself surrounded by nature and tranquility. The room looked exactly like in the pictures, and honestly you can see some great sunrises/sunsets from there while listening to the birds outside. Plus the shower is amazing, and the bed super comfortable. Furthermore, everyone was so nice and welcoming!Everyone we interacted with was always ensuring we were okay and that we had an smooth trip. For us, that’s what makes this hotel, and the experience so special! We don’t have all the names but especial thanks to Ingrid, and Bruno! Ingrid really went out of her to make everything especial (and the food super tasty) which we truly appreciate. We also scheduled a two day tour through the hotel, our Gina guide was awesome, and we had a great time with her. Ultimately, our trip in Rapa Nui was super relaxed and it was thanks to the organization and help of the staff here.

Heerlijk hotel met übervriendelijke mensen ☺We werden op de luchthaven opgewacht door de immens sympathieke Bruno. Ook tijdens de rest van het verblijf, was iedereen ontzettend hulpvol én vriendelijk! Dit gloednieuw hotel heeft ruime, mooie en comfortabele kamers. Het verzorgd ontbijt was uitgebreid én heel lekker. Een absolute aanrader! ☹Het hotel ligt ietwat buiten het centrum van Hanga Roa waardoor een taxirit (voor amper 5 euro) soms een noodzakelijke oplossing is.

☺beautiful rooms, you can see a lot of effort and details. the rooms were spacious, great products in the bathroom too and top linen quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we booked two day tours with them and they were great. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious, you can ask for eggs on demand which are also delicious. large selection of food overall ☹the location (close to the airport though) makes it a bit difficult if you’d like to access the village by foot especially at night. however they have a taxi service and each way is 5,000 CLP (around 6 USD) so that works great if you don’t have a rental car
